We’re excited to walk with you on this sacred and very relational journey toward Christlikeness.  Here are three sets of relationships we want you to begin considering to set you up for success this year in Eden Lead.

1. Engage with a Spiritual Director. Lock in your spiritual director if you have not already done so.  Here is a document to help guide you in this process of finding and hiring a Spiritual Director that is right for you. We encourage you to begin meeting with them as soon as you can, but no later than the end of August. 
2. Recruit 2-3 prayer intercessors. Prayerfully consider, then invite 2-3 trusted members of your family or friends to pray for you while you are away on retreat. We will send them a prayer guide each morning of the retreat. As part of your invitation, please ask them to add "info@edenteam.org" to their email contacts to ensure delivery of the prayer guides. Also, ask to which email they would like the prayer guides delivered. Tip: Jot down your intercessors’ names so you can easily remind them about the prayer guides before each retreat.
3. Think through your Triad. We invite you to pause and reflect on who you’d love to walk alongside in your Eden Triad. The following three options are offered to honor your unique journey and meet you right where you are.

• • Option one: Form a Triad with two local spiritual friends who are also in the cohort. You'll meet weekly at home and go deeper together during the retreat.
    
  • Option two: Be matched with two other cohort participants as your Triad for the retreat. At home, you’ll nurture connection by gathering weekly with two local friends, even if they’re not officially part of the cohort.
    
  • Option three: Connect with your Triad both at the retreat and in the months between by meeting virtually to keep your hearts and journeys intertwined, wherever you are. 

You don’t need to make a final decision today. A Cohort Intake Form will be emailed to you next Monday, in which you will share with us what you decided about Spiritual Direction, Intercessors, and your Triad. Once everyone turns in their Triad preferences (due by August 8th), groups will be formed, and you will be encouraged to connect with your Triad virtually before the first retreat.
